About Career Counseling

The Career Counseling and Placement Assistance Cell of Chandbali College, Chandbali district Bhadrak plays a prominent role in providing assistance to the students of U.G of various department of the College. Every year, nearly 350 number of students of U.G are going out from this institution after being awarded with degree. Some choose for higher studies and others enter into the job market where they wander aimlessly for searching a job. The demand for job, in the job market, is sky rising. It is apparent from the placement records of various institutions that those having skill and education, their prospects of being placed are large in number. Having skill with education has now become indispensible organ for placement. Some of the required expectations for placement are; good communication skills, analytical skills, motivational skills, problem solving tactics, etc. In view of the objectives of the job market, the placement cell provides career counselling and extends both on campus and off campus employment opportunities to all the students. The students are thus counselled to gain enough exposure which in turn helps them to enhance their skills and knowledge. Thus the students are groomed, which paves the path to get selected in different sectors in Odisha, India and abroad.
